We are currently hiring for 1 staff position at one of these levels: 

Community Support Staff: At this level, we look for entry level employees with a high energy level, positive attitude, and excitement about children's learning. No experience is necessary. Training is provided. This is a great opportunity to become trained in ABA. Qualifications: A willingness to maintain positive interactions with clients and their families, The ability to take direction, follow instructions and get along with fellow co-workers and supervisor, Availability to work daily M-F between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Be at least eighteen (18) years of age with a high school diploma or GED, Able to lift 50 lbs, Adequate means to get to and from work, A telephone where you can be reached directly, Ability to progress through the required training and become an RBT (next level) within 6 months of hire, Hold a current Boise City Child Care License (Can be applied for after job is offered) and pass a H&W Background check.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):  This level requires Board Certification as an RBT by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).  Certification involves having a high school diploma or GED, completing a background check, a 40 hour online course, passing a competency assessment and a written board certification exam.  Certification must be maintained throughout employment.  Qualifications (other than RBT Certification) are the same as Community Support Staff. 

Intervention Specialist (Provisional): 

This level, in addition to the qualifications for Community Support Staff requires a Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled and within 15 credits of graduation) in a Human Services Field (including, but not limited to, sociology, special education, counseling, and psychology or other areas of academic study) or a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 24 credits in a Human Services Field.  This is a provisional status that requires the individual to meet the criteria of a Behavioral Intervention Specialist (next position) within 18 months. 

Behavioral Intervention Specialist:

This level, in addition to the previous qualifications, requires documentation of one thousand forty (1,040) hours of supervised experience working with participants birth to twenty-one (21) years of age who demonstrate functional or behavioral needs and completion of a forty (40) hour applied behavior analysis training delivered by an individual who is certified or credential to provide the training.
